If you book Howard for speaking or training:

  • All proprietary methodologies and materials remain our intellectual property

  • We'll work together to define usage rights that work for everyone

Website Use

Acceptable Use

  • Use our website for its intended purposes
  • Respect other users and our team
  • Don't attempt to hack, spam, or misuse our systems
  • Follow applicable laws and regulations

What We're Not Responsible For

  • Your use of information from our site in your negotiations
  • Results from applying concepts from the book
  • Technical issues beyond our reasonable control

Limitation of Liability
